Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and analyze inventory levels of finished goods, baked products, and trade items in the warehouse.
Perform regular inventory counts, cycle counts, and reconciliations to ensure system accuracy.
Generate inventory reports to identify trends, shortages, overages, or discrepancies.
Coordinate with production, sales, logistics, and warehouse teams to align stock levels with demand.
Investigate and resolve inventory variances in a timely and accurate manner.
Maintain up-to-date inventory records in the system (e.g., ERP or inventory management software).
Recommend improvements in stock control and storage strategies to minimize waste and maximize efficiency.
Ensure proper documentation and compliance with internal inventory policies and procedures.
Minimum Qualifications
Qualifications:
Graduate of Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Accountancy, or any related field.
With at least 1-2 years of experience in inventory analysis, warehouse coordination, or a similar role (experience in FMCG is an advantage).
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with inventory systems or ERP tools.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Able to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Willing to work onsite and on a shifting schedule, including weekends or holidays if needed.
