Job Description
The Solar Business Development Officer for Visayas and Mindanao will help drive growth of the company's solar business in the territory by finalizing commercial proposals for Commercial and Industrial customers. The BD Officer is expected to drive customer acquisition, complete financial modelling, and finalize commercial offers. They will manage the solar pipeline for VisMin and close more customers and take advantage of the stronger interest in solar business recently.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Develop strategy and business growth plan of the VisMin area
- Handle customer pipeline for solar from prospecting to project delivery for the customers
- Act as the main assessor of solar projects with analyzing customer facility to propose best technical solution at right financial offer
- Lead in developing solar ecosystem models in the VisMin area to check viability
- Find external partners and suppliers that have a footprint in respective areas
- Liase with the Marketing, Technical, Legal, and Finance teams to deliver the projects
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years working experience in sales or business development
- Preferably with knowledge in Solar
- With experience in Finance or Modelling
- With proven experience in working with variety of stakeholders
- With sales or customer development experience
