Security Presales Engineer

WHAT THE ROLE IS ABOUT:

• Work closely with the sales team to identify customer security requirements and recommend appropriate cybersecurity solutions.
• Design and present technical solution proposals, proof of concepts (POCs), and solution demonstrations.
• Prepare technical documentation, including solution designs, bill of materials (BOM), and responses to technical requirements.
• Support customer meetings, solution presentations, and vendor engagements throughout the sales cycle.

Microsoft Presales Engineer

WHAT THE ROLE IS ABOUT:

• Partner with the sales team to assess customer requirements and recommend Microsoft PowerApps, Platform, PowerBI and productivity solutions.
• Design and present Microsoft-based solutions, including demonstrations and proof of concepts (POCs).
• Prepare technical proposals, solution architectures, and licensing recommendations aligned with customer needs.
• Provide technical guidance throughout the sales cycle while collaborating with Microsoft and partner teams.

ITSM Presales Engineer

WHAT THE ROLE IS ABOUT:

• Work with customers to understand their IT service management (ITSM) requirements and recommend best-fit solutions. (ServiceNow, FreshService, ManageEngine, Ivanti)
• Conduct product demonstrations, solution presentations, and proof of concepts (POCs) for ITSM platforms.
• Develop technical proposals, solution designs, and implementation approaches that align with customer objectives.
• Collaborate with sales, technical teams, and technology partners to support opportunities from qualification to solution presentation.

Responsibilities

1. Partner with the Sales team to identify customer requirements and recommend appropriate cybersecurity and IT solutions.
2. Design and present solution architectures, technical proposals, product demonstrations, and proof of concepts (POCs).
3. Prepare technical documentation, including solution designs, bill of materials (BOM), and RFP/RFQ responses.
4. Provide technical support throughout the sales cycle, from solution qualification to customer presentations.
5. Collaborate with internal teams and technology partners to deliver customer-focused solutions

Qualifications

• Graduate of a Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or other related courses.

Required Skills

• Experience in presales or technical sales roles.
• Knowledge of industry standards and best practices in IT solutions, IT service management and cybersecurity.
• Strong technical aptitude with the ability to understand, design, and present IT solutions based on customer requirements.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience or familiarity with enterprise IT solutions, cloud technologies, cybersecurity, or IT infrastructure is an advantage.
