In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

Develop and execute integrated, multi-channel digital marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, qualified lead generation, and revenue growth for Professional Tools brands.

Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns across paid media, organic social, email marketing, SEO, and content marketing to maximize reach, engagement, and conversions.

Manage and continuously improve lead management processes within the CRM system, ensuring accurate lead capture, routing, tracking, and follow-up in collaboration with sales teams.

Create and oversee high-quality marketing content and visual assets aligned with brand guidelines, campaign objectives, and target audience needs.

Monitor campaign performance and audience behavior using analytics tools, translating data into actionable insights and optimization plans.

Collaborate closely with regional, product, and sales teams as well as external agencies and vendors to ensure marketing initiatives are aligned, integrated, and delivered on time.

Prepare regular performance reports highlighting key metrics, insights, and recommendations to support data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement.

You quickly adopt and leverage digital tools, platforms, and marketing technologies to improve efficiency, insight generation, and campaign performance.

Minimum Qualifications

For This Role, You Will Need:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.

Minimum 3 years of experience in digital marketing, with proven hands-on experience managing multi-channel campaigns (paid media, SEO, email, and content marketing).

Demonstrated experience in lead generation and performance marketing, including campaign tracking, conversion optimization, and marketing analytics.

Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and email marketing platforms (preferably Eloqua), and web analytics tools (Google Analytics).

Strong content and communication skills, with the ability to develop marketing materials and messaging that resonate with both technical and non-technical audiences.

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:

Experience in industrial, construction, or professional tools products is preferred.

Background working with B2B audiences, distributors, or channel marketing programs is a plus.

Experience collaborating with marketing agencies and video production houses is an advantage.

Basic skills in graphic design, video editing, or visual content creation tools are a plus.
