Job Description
- Duties and Responsibilities
- Generate Leads and Possible clients
- Provides sales and administrative support to ensure efficient operation of office.
- Client phone calls, schedules meetings and supports visitors.
- Carries out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc.
- Exhibits polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail.
- Performing tasks related to organization and strong communication.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Minimum Qualifications
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- At least bachelor’s or associate degree
- With Sales and Administrative experience is an advantage
- Knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent in both Oral and Written communication skills
- Attention to details and accuracy in all work
