- Ensure proper execution and implementation of all policies procedures with regards to warehouse and logistics inbound and outbound activity.
- Provide timely service to sales department and principals / clients while minimizing transport and other operating costs.
- Train, guide and lead the team in executing and resolving day-to-day operational issues and ensures that deliverables are accomplished as schedule.
- Ensures compliance with safety and quality standards in warehouse and transportation activities.
- Ensures that company owned vehicles are in good running condition and will not disrupt the delivery operation.
- Initiate cost efficiency measures to hit target Cost to Sales ratio.
- Ensures the adherence of cold chain transport requirement to all areas especially for the delivery to distant location
- Oversees the day-to-day operations and ensures that all orders as committed and processed will be able to serve on time as required by customers.
- Ensures that all incoming and outgoing products and materials are properly accounted, monitored and recorded including trade returns.
- Ensures to disseminate clearly and effectively to all warehouse and delivery personnel all instructions, job order procedures and guidelines related to operations
- Ensures strict implementation of policies and procedures on matters involving proper storage, warehousing, prompt delivery of goods, inventory control and management and sufficient security measures to safeguard company assets in warehouse.
- Reviews, suggests and implements improvements and innovative processes and procedures to improve productivity and efficiency in warehouse and transport operations.
- Coordinates with other departments, hubs, principals and customers and ensures that all communications are accurately and promptly disseminated and acted upon, if required.
- Evaluates staff performance, determines training requirements to ensure that skills & knowledge are enhanced as part of staff development program.
- Ensures that a well-motivated workforce is maintained in order to achieve departmental goals and objectives. Ensures that proper disciplinary actions are imposed to erring employees to maintain order in the workplace.
- Ensures the proper handling and maintenance of warehouse devices and equipment.
- Perform other functions that may be assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
- College graduate
- Strong analytical, planning and organizing Skills.
- Excellent Problem-solving skills
- Works well with people.

- Experience in similar role
