Program/Campaign/Project Officer  

As a Program/Campaign/Project Officer, you will participate in giving the best pre/during/post-learning experiences on Dicoding’s campaign.

With your management and communication skills, you will be responsible for managing campaigns, handling user requests, and reporting the activities to your manager.

We are looking for self-driven and independent individuals who have the initiative and courage to act or explore new things.

As an education company, we aim for individual and company-wide growth so rest assured that you will learn and grow as you progress in the company.

Responsibilities:

• Administer process and procedures (operational) on Dicoding’s program or Campaign partner’s Program.
• Responsible for assignments and activities assigned.
• Self-driven, have initiative and courage to explore new things.
• Coordinate and report progress routinely.
• Willing to do extra miles and willing to work outside office hours/weekends (traveling, or other incidental operation works).
• Responsive and contactable, primarily during office hours.

• Men/Women 18-26 years old.
• Graduate or near-graduate from any major accredited university.
• Fresh graduates are allowed to apply (waiting for graduation is acceptable).
• Not studying/not applying to postgraduate or other study commitments.
• Understand data privacy, Personally Identifiable Information, and can respect the privacy of each stakeholder.
• Understand and implement health protocols related to COVID-19 including social distancing. Being vaccinated (booster) is a must.
• Domiciled in Bandung and surrounding areas or willing to move to Bandung.
• Working from Office.
• Having a certificate in English (TOEIC/TOEFL/IELTS) is a plus
• Having experience/portfolio of analytical skills, reading data, forecasting, and planning is a plus.
• Previous work/internship experience is a plus
• The performance will be evaluated every month.
