- - Melakukan riset, mencari, dan mengevaluasi supplier atau vendor baru yang berkualitas dan kompetitif
- Memproses permintaan pembelian (Purchase Request/PR) dan membuat pesanan pembelian (Purchase Order/PO) secara akurat dan tepat waktu
- Melakukan negosiasi harga, syarat pembayaran, tenggat waktu pengiriman, dan kualitas barang dengan supplier
- Memastikan semua kesepakatan tertuang dalam kontrak yang sah dan memantau pemenuhan kewajiban oleh kedua belah pihak
- Membantu memantau kinerja supplier secara berkala (ketepatan waktu, kualitas, dan responsivitas) dan membuat laporan evaluasi
- Menganalisis pengadaan dan mencari peluang penghematan anggaran tanpa menurunkan standar kualitas
- Bekerja sama dengan departemen lain (seperti Finance, Warehouse, Marketing dan lainnya) untuk memastikan kebutuhan pengadaan barang/jasa tersedia sesuai jadwal
Minimum Qualifications
- S1 di Bidang Manajemen, Administrasi Bisnis dan setaranya
- Mininal 2 tahun pengalaman dalam bidang General Procurement
- Berpengalaman dalam pengadaan proses iklan, promosi, percetakan, flyer, baliho dan lainnya
- Berpengalaman dalam menggunakan system terkait procurement & pengolahan data
- Mahir dalam Microsoft Office (Excel & Word)
