- Mengumpulkan dan mencatat informasi mengenai material dan biaya tenaga kerja
- Menghitung nilai proyek serta pekerjaan tambahan lainnya
- Secara berkala mengevaluasi daftar harga yang ada untuk mengoptimalkan biaya dan harga eceran
- Mampu menghitung pekerjaan sipil dan furniture custom dan detail oriented
Minimum Qualifications
- Min. S1 dari jurusan Teknik Sipil, Arsitektur, Design Interior
- Min. 1 tahun pengalaman sebagai quantity surveyor atau estimator untuk interior dan/atau konstruksi
- Terbuka untuk fresh graduates dan diutamakan yang memiliki pengalaman magang serupa
- Memiliki pengetahuan mengenai struktur biaya dalam interior dan harga pasar untuk barang-barang tertentu
- Memperhatikan detil terkecil, termasuk dalam pekerjaan administratif
- Dapat berkomunikasi lisan dan tulisan dengan baik
- Dapat beradaptasi dalam lingkungan yang serba cepat dan dinamis dengan beban kerja yang menantang
