- Establish and execute business development strategies
- Identify customers, target markets and have a lead generation process
- Leading various marketing strategies like social media marketing, content marketing, emailing, and other strategies to develop viable leads that can be converted to successful clients
- Capture market trends, customer strategic evolution
- Understand customer profiles, needs and business models
- Representing the organization in various functions like conferences, showcases, and seminars to create awareness about organization products and generate potential leads
- Developing and nurturing relationship with various key strategic individuals like local leaders, key industry players, and strategic suppliers and financing organization
- Support deal structure and pricing with business-value analysis, and negotiate prices for proactive bids and proposals
- Generate new leads, identify and contact decision-makers, screen potential business opportunities, select deals in line with strategies, and facilitate pitch logistics
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in marketing or any business-related field
- Preferably Master’s in business administration (MBA)
- 4+ years of experience in the business development
- Outgoing individual with high negotiating skill to be able to initiate and close business deals
- Product knowledge is critical for business development
- Highly data driven
