Social Media Intern  

The Social Media Intern will be a key supporting role to our Social Media Team by being responsible for day-to-day community response, content management, reporting, and providing additional research support as necessary to ensure that the brand's social media strategy is implemented. This role will train the Social Media Intern to be a creative thinker with excellent communication skills, a deep understanding of social media trends, and the ability to analyze data to optimize performance.

Key Responsibilities

In your day-to-day, you will be involved in the following:

• Social promo/activation management as needed
• Support the Strategy & Social Media Team with social content ideation, scheduling and reporting.
• Support event coverage and posting as needed
• Support with social listening and consumer research to help improve brand’s online presence and communication campaigns
• Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices and communicate these to the team to aid with campaign and content ideation
• Keep track of deadlines and ensure all work is completed in a timely manner.
• Social media community management including inbox and comments
