Warehouse Supervisor  

The Warehouse Supervisor oversees and coordinates daily warehouse activities such as receiving and storing goods, managing inventory levels, ensuring the efficient delivery of goods, supervising staff, and maximizing productivity of our warehouse.

Responsibilities:

• The Warehouse Supervisor for Operations is in charge of ensuring and executing the seamless flow of operations within the warehouse from job ordering, to shipment receiving, to picking, sorting, labelling, and endorsing to the Staging Area. Ensures that all established processes are observed in order to ensure that operations level are its peak efficiency.
• The Warehouse Supervisor for Inventory Control is responsible for ensuring that inventory movements are accurately documented and captured within the WMS through regular counterchecking of over-all inventory vis a vie all warehouse transactions (inbound and outbound) from system to actual on-hand count. Responsible for the meticulous checking of inventory movements through the system, ensuring zero variance at the end of the day, and checking for noncompliance transactions.
• The Warehouse Supervisor for Transport is in charge of supervising the schedules and routes of all drivers within the warehouse team. Properly manages the timeliness, security, and safety of all transport routes ensuring that products or people depart and arrive safely at their assigned destination.

• Graduate of Bachelor's in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Business preferred
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in warehouse operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, team management, leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Deep understanding of inventory control, order fulfillment, safety regulations (OSHA), and efficiency.
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
