- Run payroll for employees, tutors, freelancers, and interns
- Keep payroll data consistent with contracts, project fees, and Finance records
- Update active and inactive data, and track joiners, resignations, and status changes
- Collect project fees from team leaders and divisions
- Match payroll data with ERP records such as employee ID, status, dates, salary, bank account, and job title
Minimum Qualifications
- Experience handling payroll end to end
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Human Resource Management, Management, or a related field
- Comfortable working independently and meeting payroll deadlines
- Detail-oriented and confident with numbers
- Familiar with ERP or payroll systems (is a plus)
- Able to manage and maintain large volumes of data
- Proficient in Google Workspace and digital administrative systems
- Good communication skills, adaptive, and proactive
- Able to commit for the full 2-months project period
