- Assist in content research and planning with the Social Media Specialist
- Upload scheduled posts and Instagram Stories for Aixue
- Coordinate with our admin for tagging teachers and students accounts for story needs
- Actively engage with followers and relevant accounts (comments, mentions, DM, etc.)
- Interact with non-followers and influencers to expand reach
- Research and document potential collaborators: KOLs, guest creators, testimonial students, and paid promotion accounts
- Coordinate with department heads to collect and follow up on data for collaborations posts and ads
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any major (preferred Communications, or relevants)
- Understanding of Instagram and TikTok platforms and features
- Has strong interest in Chinese culture and trends, and actively keeps up with news, culture, and social media developments in China
- Excellent and creative written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
- Organized, detail oriented, and responsible
- Has compatible device that supports social media tasks
