- Actively participate in the recruitment and selection process.
- Coordinate with users and candidates regarding the recruitment process.
- Build and maintain good relationships with past applicants and potential candidates through social media and job portals.
- Prepare and provide support for HR-related administrative tasks as needed.
- This position is fully remote (Work From Home/WFH).
Minimum Qualifications
- Final year student or fresh graduate from psychology, business management, or relevant background.
- Having experience as an intern in the HR/recruitment area will be a plus point.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail, follow-up, responsiveness, and excellent organizational skills.
