Purchasing Clerk  

Job Responsibilities:

• - Assist in sourcing and canvassing suppliers for price quotations.
• - Prepare and process purchase orders and other related documents.
• - Coordinate with suppliers to confirm orders, deliveries, and schedules.
• - Maintain accurate records of purchases, suppliers, and pricing.
• - Monitor and follow up on deliveries to ensure timely receipt of items.
• - Assist in evaluating supplier performance in terms of quality, price, and delivery.
• - Provide administrative support to the Purchasing Officer/Manager.
• - Ensure compliance with company purchasing policies and procedures.
• - Coordinate with internal departments regarding procurement requests and requirements.
• - Perform other tasks that may be assigned related to procurement and supply chain.

Job Qualifications:

• - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or any related field.
• - Basic knowledge of purchasing and inventory processes.
• - Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• - Good communication and negotiation skills.
• - Strong attention to detail and organizational ability.
• - Can work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
