Content Strategist  

Wellspring is looking for a Creative Strategist who can help us turn product stories into high-performing content, campaigns, and creative angles across TikTok, ecommerce, affiliates, and live selling.

This role is for someone who understands what makes people stop scrolling, click, convert, and remember a brand. You will help shape the creative direction behind our campaigns and work closely with marketing, performance, affiliates, design, and content teams to bring ideas to life.

What you’ll do

• Develop creative angles, hooks, and campaign ideas for our products
• Write clear and actionable creative briefs for content, ads, shoots, and creators
• Help build a steady pipeline of concepts for TikTok, paid ads, affiliates, ecommerce, and live selling
• Analyze winning creatives and identify patterns that can be scaled or iterated
• Work closely with the Performance Marketing Manager, KOL team, Affiliate team, and Design team
• Help translate customer insights, trends, and product benefits into strong creative messaging
• Support seasonal campaigns, product launches, and hero SKU growth

What we’re looking for

• Strong understanding of TikTok-first content, performance creatives, and ecommerce storytelling
• Experience in creative strategy, content strategy, social media strategy, or performance creative roles
• Able to spot strong hooks, trends, and messaging angles quickly
• Good taste, sharp instincts, and strong understanding of what makes content convert
• Organized, collaborative, and able to move fast in a startup environment
• Experience in beauty, wellness, FMCG, or ecommerce is a big plus.
