About the Role
We are a fast-growing health and wellness company looking for a detail-oriented Key Account Coordinator to support our Modern Trade sales team. As our business with major supermarkets and drugstores expands, we need an operational expert to manage the backend processes.
While our Key Accounts Manager focuses on strategy and negotiations, you will take ownership of the order processing, system administration, and paperwork that keeps our products moving seamlessly onto retail shelves.
What you'll do
- Support key clients by managing account communications, preparing reports, and ensuring that service delivery meets agreed expectations.
- Daily tasks include tracking account performance, addressing client inquiries, coordinating with internal teams, and maintaining up-to-date documentation on projects and contracts.
- Analyze client needs, identify opportunities to improve processes or expand services, and escalate issues when necessary to protect service quality and client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with operations, HR, and leadership teams to maintain strong relationships and consistent support for key accounts.
Minimum Qualifications
What We Are Looking For
- Candidates should possess strong Interpersonal Skills and Customer Service capabilities to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Candidates should possess solid Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication, to handle client updates, reports, and internal coordination.
- Candidates should possess effective Account Management skills to oversee key accounts, monitor performance, and ensure alignment with service agreements.
- Candidates should possess robust Analytical Skills to interpret data, identify trends, and recommend actions that support client goals and operational efficiency.
- Relevant experience in key accounts coordination, client services, or business operations, preferably in BPO, staffing, HR, or technology-driven environments.
- Ability to work in a hybrid setup based in Pasig, manage multiple priorities, and maintain accuracy in documentation and reporting.
- Proficiency with office productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation software, CRM or account management platforms) and strong organizational skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
