3D Multimedia Artist  

Wellspring is a fast-growing vitamin gummy brand on a mission to make daily wellness genuinely fun — and irresistibly snackable. Our products show up in people's routines, and increasingly, in their feeds. We're looking for a 3D Multimedia Artist who can make our gummies pop on screen and stop the scroll.

The Role

You'll be the creative force behind our short-form and long-form video content, turning product, brand, and lifestyle concepts into eye-catching 3D visuals and polished edits built for TikTok and YouTube. You understand what makes someone stop scrolling, and you know how to pair that instinct with strong motion design and editing chops. This role sits at the intersection of 3D art, video editing, and social-first storytelling.

What You'll Do

• Edit engaging short-form and long-form videos optimized for TikTok, YouTube, Reels, and other social platforms
• Create 3D product renders, animations, and motion graphics that showcase our gummies and packaging
• Develop visual concepts from brief to final delivery, collaborating with our brand and social teams
• Translate trends, sounds, and platform formats into content that feels native and on-brand
• Manage and organize project files, assets, and footage across multiple campaigns
• Iterate quickly based on performance data and feedback, balancing creative quality with social-content speed
• Maintain a consistent visual identity across all video and motion deliverables

What We're Looking For

• 3–5 years of professional experience editing video for TikTok and YouTube
• Strong portfolio or reel demonstrating both 3D/motion work and short-form social editing
• Proficiency in 3D software (e.g., Cinema 4D, Blender, or similar) and rendering workflows
• Expertise in video editing and motion tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve)
• Deep understanding of platform-specific formats, pacing, aspect ratios, and what drives engagement
• A sharp eye for color, composition, typography, and brand consistency
• Ability to manage multiple projects and hit deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Nice to Have

• Experience with product or food/CPG visualization
• Familiarity with sound design and music selection for social content
• Basic graphic design skills for thumbnails, covers, and supporting assets
• Awareness of social trends and a pulse on emerging platform features
