GINGERSNAPS Philippines

Position Summary: As a Graphic Artist, your primary responsibility will be to create original and compelling graphics for apparel and accessories. This role requires a keen understanding of brand identity and fashion trends and proficiency in various design techniques and processes. You will collaborate closely with the Fashion Designer to develop innovative and on-brand visuals that resonate with our target audience.

What you will do:

	<li>Create original graphics for apparel and accessories, including all-over prints, spot prints for tops, embroideries, garment trims, and accessories.</li>
	<li>Render and style designs following the brand DNA, ensuring consistency and alignment with brand aesthetics.</li>
	<li>Demonstrate a strong fashion color sense and stay up-to-date with the latest color trends and palettes.</li>
	<li>Conduct thorough research on different fashion cultures, trends, and influences to inform design decisions.</li>
	<li>Stay abreast of the latest fashion trends and incorporate them into design concepts.</li>
	<li>Display proficiency in color combination, ensuring harmonious and visually appealing compositions.</li>
	<li>Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas to enhance fashion collections.</li>
	<li>Collaborate with the design team to develop cohesive collections that resonate with the target demographic.</li>
	<li>Knowledge of various printing techniques, fabrics, and spot print methods.</li>
	<li>Maintain awareness of industry developments and advancements in design technology.</li>
