- Ensure effective and accurate shop decoration, visuals & sales promo.
- Update stocks in seller center and monitoring inventory.
- Manage product and deals enrollment in seller center.
- Assist in answering customer queries via email/chat.
- Assist in website order management (monitoring tracking numbers, payments etc.)
- Generate product - deals summary for Tiktok.
- Help monitor e-comm platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, Tiktok & Website.
- Coordinate product requests for delivery.
- Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned
- Manage all affiliates, livestreams and boosting.
Minimum Qualifications
- College Graduate of any business-related course
- Must possess critical-thinking skills and with high attention to details.
- Knowledgeable in Microsoft office applications
- Tech savvy, good in written and verbal communication.
