The Product: LeadManager is an industry-leading construction intelligence platform that helps businesses in the construction sector find and win new projects. It provides real-time access to comprehensive construction project leads, market trends and analytics, Key contact information such as developers, architects, contractors, and suppliers, and customizable alerts and tracking to track project updates and client movements.

What You’ll Do

As a Business Development Consultant, you will be responsible for winning new business, building a strong understanding of client businesses, and selling LeadManager to key decision-makers in the construction sector. This is a pure business development role, with Account Managers handling post-sale client success.

Your Key Responsibilities:

Prospect & Generate Leads – Identify potential clients through proactive outreach, networking, and industry events.

Qualify Opportunities – Understand client challenges and present tailored LeadManager solutions to senior decision-makers.

Consultative Selling – Deliver compelling product demonstrations and craft bespoke proposals aligned to client needs.

Close Deals – Manage a high-performance sales pipeline, negotiate contracts, and secure long-term partnerships.

Market Expansion – Stay informed about industry trends and market opportunities across Southeast Asia.

Minimum Qualifications

What You Bring to the Table (Experience & Expertise)

  • 2-3 years of B2B sales experience in SaaS, technology, consulting, or solution selling.
  • A consistent top performer with a history of overachieving revenue and sales quotas.
  • Proven success in a high-value, target-driven consultative sales environment.
  • Expertise in handling objections, negotiating terms, and closing deals quickly.
  • Experience using CRM tools and sales analytics.
  • Familiarity with modern sales methodologies
  • Fluency in English is required.
  • Strong understanding of Southeast Asia’s business culture.
  • Experience in the construction industry is advantageous but not essential.
