- Candidate Sourcing: Identify and attract qualified candidates through various sourcing channels, including job portals, social media platforms, employee referrals, and talent databases.
- Resume Review and Screening: Evaluate resumes and applications to assess candidates’ qualifications, skills, and experience against job requirements. Conduct initial screening and shortlist candidates for further assessment and interviews.

Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in recruitment databases.

Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers and team members to understand staffing requirements and recruitment priorities. Coordinate interview schedules, provide hiring updates, and support end-to-end recruitment processes to ensure timely hiring outcomes.
Minimum Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong interest in recruitmen and talent acquisition
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Canva
- Social media savvy, with familiarity in using platforms such as Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok for candidate sourcing, employer branding, and engagement.
- Able to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
- Strong research and sourcing skills, with the ability to identify and engage potential candidates.
- Willing to learn and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Can work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Must be able to render 600 hours.
