Seeking an organized Warehouse Administrator for administrative support. Responsibilities include managing records, processing documents, maintaining inventory, and facilitating communication. Requires strong organizational, communication, and computer skills.
Responsibilities:
- Support the Picker and Packer team in daily operations
- Ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of customer orders
- Maintain inventory records and oversee stock tracking
- Identify process improvements for picking, packing, and inventory
- Communicate updates to the Warehouse Manager
- Help with picking and packing during peak seasons or high-volume days
Minimum Qualifications
- Experience as a warehouse administrator or similar.
- Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills.
- Proficient in data entry and record-keeping.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (preferred).
