Job Description
The Market Research and Analysis Supervisor acts as the tattletale of the Wholesales Team and is responsible for gathering information which can be used to tailor sales efforts or determine which features are seen as a priority to target wholesale customers.
This position shall be responsible in building rapport and collaborating with internal business units, regulators, affiliates, competitors, market influencers, key customers, and business groups to generate business intelligence, identify/evaluate business opportunities and translate business insights to wholesale commercial strategy.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Engineering, Finance, Business Management, or any 4-year related course
- Master’s degree in Economics, Engineering, Finance, or Business Administration, an advantage
- At least 5 years of experience in experience in the power industry or industrial marketing
- Knowledge of power industry market dynamics and operations (generation, transmission, distribution, RES supply)
- Knowledge of power industry laws, rules, and regulations (generation, transmission,distribution)Knowledge of Power Supply Agreements
