The Impact You’ll Make in this Role
- As a Procurement Service Center - Centralized Vendor Analyst in 3M Global Service Center, you will be responsible to evaluate, analyses and provide maintenance to the vendors globally.
- As a Procurement Service Center - Centralized Vendor Analyst in 3M Global Service Center, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:
- Act as the subject matter expert for the vendors creations and maintenance process into the Procurement Service Center to drive process excellence across the organization.
- Strongly contribute with the strategic pillars of the Service Center.
- Understanding of business processes, business data, and how to turn data into useful and actionable information to the success of this role.
- Support action plans for Procurement Teams.
- Identify problems, map processes, analyze data and provide solutions to address root cause(s).
- Maintains connection with Procurement Service Center Teams in GSC, deploying plants, sourcing partners and local supervisors, and APL.
- Identify process gaps/ improvements and advice standard procedure changes to Global Procurement Service Center Team.
Minimum Qualifications
To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:
- Bachelor degree of University/College Education.
- Demonstrated ability to drive process improvements that stretch beyond direct area of responsibility.
- 2+ years of experience working in similar roles
- Customer service experience.
- Demonstrated detailed orientation and working with operational processes
Soft skills:
- Excellent communication and presentation skills strives for win-win.
- Detail oriented, self-directed and have strong independent problem-solving skills.
- Proactive attitude and analytical skills.
- Ability to work in a rapidly changing environment
Technical skills:
- ERP knowledge (SAP, PS, Oracle, and other Legacy System) is a must.
- Advanced/ Fluent English level:
- Intermediate/ Advanced Excel skills

- Flexible to support EMEA and US time zone (midshift and graveyard)
