The Infrastructure Engineer will assist in the deployment, testing, and management of networking and security systems. This role requires coordination with vendors, internal teams, and local management to ensure smooth project execution. Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting vendors with site surveys, router installation, circuit setup, integration testing, VAPT, and system release.
- Raising change requests, obtaining approvals, and facilitating reviews with local management.
- Coordinating User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and assisting in project rollout.
- Running test scripts for integration testing.
- Assisting with Vulnerability Assessment and Penetration Testing (VAPT).
- Gathering and managing user lists, machine information, and assisting with system updates (Intune enrollment, certificate pushing, Proxy PAC file path updates).
Minimum Qualifications
The ideal candidate should have a strong background in:
- Network connectivity protocols and troubleshooting.
- Cisco Network Equipment setup and management.
- Active Directory (AD) configuration and management.
- Microsoft 365 (M365) administration.
- Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) configuration.
- Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) operations.
- Windows Server OS management.
