Business Development Associate  

Responsibilities include:

• Sourcing and compiling emails of potential clients through targeted research and networking efforts.
• Executing mass email campaigns to promote our services and generate new business leads.
• Conducting thorough market research to identify emerging opportunities and potential clients.
• Maintaining and regularly updating the client email database for accurate outreach.
• Analyzing campaign performance metrics and providing insights to improve future strategies.
• Collaborating with the marketing team to refine messaging and enhance overall campaign effectiveness.

We specialize in enhancing perioperative care for surgical and procedure-based facilities nationwide. Our goal is to optimize every aspect of anesthesia care delivery, seamlessly integrating each stage of the process. In this role, you'll oversee the entire recruitment process, from identifying suitable candidates to managing client interactions, finalizing placements, and collecting feedback. Compensation starts at 7 USD/Hr. College degree required. You will get paid weekly instead of monthly!

Qualifications:

• The candidate must be highly organized, detail-oriented, and with good analytical and communication skills.
• College degree required (or current enrollment in college).
• Must also be willing to work on US timings (EST) if needed. We are open to negotiating day/weekend shifts if your application is selected.
