Sales Officer  

Key Responsibilities

1. Generate new business opportunities and manage assigned accounts for architectural window film products.
2. Conduct client meetings, site visits, and product presentations to identify customer requirements and recommend appropriate solutions.
3. Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales documentation in coordination with the Technical and Operations teams.
4. Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation and negotiation to closing and after-sales coordination.
5. Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, contractors, developers, property managers, and corporate clients.
6. Achieve monthly and annual sales targets aligned with business objectives.
7. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to support sales strategies.
8. Ensure timely submission of sales reports, forecasts, and client updates.
9. Adhere to company policies, ethical standards, and distributor guidelines.

1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
2. At least 1–3 years of sales experience, preferably in construction-related products, building materials, or technical B2B sales.
3. Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
4. Ability to understand and explain technical product features in a professional and client-focused manner.
5. Proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint; experience with CRM or sales tracking tools is an advantage.
6. Willing to conduct regular fieldwork and client site visits.
