Google Ads Specialist  

As an SEO / Google Ads Specialist, you will be directly involved in maintaining and enhancing the online presence and image of the company. You will also be involved in the marketing efforts of the company to help promote our services to the community we serve.

Google Ads

• Management of Google Ads campaigns, optimizing ad performance to achieve the company's specified objectives
• Create content for advertising
• Develop Search Engine optimized landing page to enhance the effectiveness of Google Ads campaigns.
• Generate monthly statistical reports with social analytics and trends to track growth
• Measure web traffic and monitor SEO
• Report on online reviews and feedback
• Maintain and update company website

Knowledge

• In-depth knowledge of Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising (formerly Bing Ads), and Google Analytics
• Knowledge of search engine optimization (SEO) and search engine marketing (SEM)

Skills

• Copywriting
• Basic graphic design (Canva or Photoshop)
• Website maintenance
• Presentation
• Oral and written communication

Abilities

• Keen attention to details
• Keep up with trends and integrate it to company's own ad campaigns

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

• Online engagement rate and website traffic
• Growth of followers and interest in the online presence of the company (i.e., Facebook page, LinkedIn page, increase of inquiries about the company, etc.)
• Accurate and updated website
• Response time to customer inquiries (e.g., within 24 hours)
• Customer satisfaction scores from surveys and feedback

Preferred but NOT required:

• Graduate of Business Administration, Marketing, or Journalism
• Google Ads certification
• Has experience with copywriting
• Can create basic designs for marketing promotions using Canva
• At least 1 year as a Google Ads / SEO Specialist
