Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines and ETL processes
- Develop and optimize data architectures for efficient data processing
- Implement data streaming solutions using modern tools and frameworks
- Integrate data from multiple sources (databases, APIs, streaming platforms)
- Ensure data quality, integrity, and security
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (analysts, developers, business users)
- Troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues
Minimum Qualifications
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
- 3 – 5 years of working experience in Data Engineering or related field
- Strong experience in SQL (minimum 3 years hands-on)
- Proven experience with ETL tools such as SSIS, Talend, Kettle, or Pentaho
- Experience working with data technologies such as:
- Kafka, Debezium, Flink, Spark
- PostgreSQL, Oracle Database, NoSQL, MongoDB
- Python programming
- Knowledge of:
- ETL processes & CDC (Change Data Capture)
- Event-based streaming architecture
- REST API integration
- GraphDB (is a plus)
- Basic programming skills and strong problem-solving ability
- Eager to learn new technologies and adapt quickly
- Experience in insurance industry is a plus
- Available to join ASAP
- Willing to work from office (WFO)
