Job Responsibilities : Processes checks and documents for all types of transactions. Review all transaction sheets emanating from the Position Analyst before documentation Appropriately assigns and prepares checks for disbursement as reflected in the transaction sheet. Prepares documents such as Promissory Note, Disclosure Statement, Confirmation of Adjustment, Official Billing and Confirmation of Investment, and other documents related to a certain type of transaction. Prepares bank forms for the Telex, RTGS or dollar purchase before bank cut-off time Reconcile issued checks for the day versus the Daily Cash Position Report right after trading. Processes and prints Official Receipts. Scan and file loan documents per client. Prepares weekly report of unreturned or pending documents Collates documents for weekly notarization. Monitors inventory of forms, checks, and other official documents. Prepares Certification of Investments as requested by clients Prepares bank forms for account opening and updating Other tasks that may be assigned from time to time that will support organizational goals and objectives.

Monitors day-to-day trading, liquidity, operations, and other Treasury-related activities for Unicapital Group of Companies. Coordinates with the Treasury Departments of other financial institutions in obtaining relevant market data and market-moving information, benchmark interest rates, placement and borrowing rates of other financial institutions; Markets various financial products to various corporate and individual clients; Contributes ideas on how to increase UI’s trading and interest income; Projects a good image of Unicapital, Inc. in the money market/fixed income market; Facilitates the flow of the company’s trading transactions in coordination with the Operations Department; Monitors daily liquidity levels of Unicapital Inc. and its subsidiaries; Researches on any new information, relevant to the company’s trading, lending and funding activities; Establishes own client base; From time to time, assists the Treasury Head during marketing calls to existing and potential clients; Assists Loans and Credit Processing Unit (LCPU) in the preliminary evaluation or renewal of credit facilities of target and/or existing clients; Represents the company in Money Market Association (MART) functions and events; Disseminates to the Treasury Head relevant economic data and information (Bureau of Treasury auction results, Monetary Board meeting decisions, etc.) Analyzes and solves problems that are somewhat varied, requiring the infusion of ideas learned from past experiences based on practical know how Other tasks that maybe assigned from time to time that will support organizational goals and objectives

The Marketing Assistant supports UTrade’s marketing by engaging leads, executing digital campaigns, and assisting in events. This role requires strong communication, attention to detail, and cross-team collaboration to drive successful marketing initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Lead Engagement & Onboarding Call and follow up leads from UTrade acquisition channels to encourage event attendance and/or account completion. Assist clients in accomplishing the account opening process both new and/or on-going application, either digital or physical. Assist in forwarding clients that fully accomplished the account opening process to sales. Assist in CRM encoding, email send outs to client (after events). Track and report lead conversion progress, identifying challenges and areas for improvement. Event & Activation Support Assist in organizing and executing UTrade events (on-ground and online). Help coordinate event logistics, materials, and marketing collaterals. Prepare post-event reports, tracking engagement, attendance, and key takeaways. Marketing Campaign Support Assist in creating and executing digital content for email, SMS, and social media (knowledge in Canva/Photoshop preferred). Provide support in monitoring campaign performance and suggest improvements. Cross-Department Coordination Assist in collaborating with Sales, IT, and Customer Service to execute marketing initiatives. Gather and organize campaign requirements. Market Research & Administrative Support Assist in conducting basic market research and competitor analysis. Provide support in maintaining marketing databases and lead lists.

Reviews, processes, and recommends with the prescribed turnaround time loan applications applying for any commercial loans of T3 such as but not limited to RPNL, RD, STL, MC Fleet Financing, Accreditation of Employers for Group Salary Loans, etc. Analyze financial data related to loan requests. Evaluate loan documents to ensure accuracy and completeness. Perform risk assessments on potential loan recipients based on credit rating, borrowing history, and other specific risk factors. Monitor and report noncompliance with loan covenants. Maintain client relationships and provide superior customer service. Impartial, objective, and will work with different units across the group of companies to complete the given task. Directly involved in the formulation of new or better procedures governing commercial loan products subject to the approval of management. Assist in the generation of new business loan applications for RPNL/RD/STL and GSL accreditation And other tasks that maybe assigned from time to time that will support the goals of the organization.
