Telesales Specialist Associate  

Telesales Specialist drives revenue by reaching out to potential customers by phone, promoting our products and services, and closing sales.

Job responsibilities:

• Responsible for receiving leads generated through our in-house sales and marketing initiatives, including Digital Marketing, the company website, events, and referrals.
• Reaches out and conducts cold calls to potential clients and telemarketing activities using leads from trade references, client and employee referrals, Marketing Unit events, and internal prospect databases.
• Converts qualified leads into formal loan applications by facilitating the submission of complete credit requirements. (Leads from LAP are excluded.)
• For STBL applications, submit the required credit documents for evaluation by our Credit Unit. Provide regular status updates via email, Viber, or phone and coordinate with the Operations Unit for loan release upon approval. Should any issues arise, escalate them for immediate resolution.
• Following up on STBL positive leads to ensure timely document submission and conversion into formal loan applications. Review all submitted requirements for completeness and accuracy before endorsing applications to the assigned loan product handler for coordination with the Credit Unit or LCPU.
• Ensure all leads from all handlers are updated in the system to allow for accurate monitoring of loan applications. Prepare to present these reports during regular team meetings and share with other units as required & confer with other team members regularly.
• Keep a detailed record of all calls and sales
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information as derived from the clients and from internal company policies and procedures.
• Any other tasks may be assigned from time to time which are geared towards generating revenue growth for the group.

• Bachelor of Science, Major Management/ Business Administration, Mass Communication,
• At least two (2) years of relevant experience in telemarketing, sales or financing company.
• Customer Service Skills – Telephone Etiquette:
• Superb communication and customer service skills, including the ability to remain calm under pressure and persuasion skills.
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent multi-tasking skills.
• Comfortable making cold calls to potential clients.
• A goal-driven, results-oriented mindset.
• Working knowledge of computer software, including Microsoft Office
