Email Marketing Assistant  

Campaign Planning and Execution:

• Crafting and executing email marketing strategies, overseeing campaign management, and evaluating performance metrics to refine strategies.
• Create, test, schedule, and deploy using marketing automation tools.
• Setting up email briefing templates and briefing of emails when required
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted and personalized email content.
• Work under tight deadlines with a strong attention to detail to ensure emails are sent on time and are correct
• Assist in the creation and maintenance of automated processes and workflows within the CRM system.

Content:

• Collaborate with the buying team, graphic design team and, website merchandising team to deliver revenue-focused emails for our omnichannel brand

Analytics and Reporting:

• Generate regular reports on campaign performance and contribute to the overall marketing analytics strategy.

Others:

• Weekly email reporting
• Completing other ad-hoc tasks as and when required by the Manager or Supervisor

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• High level of attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
• Exceptional written English and verbal communication skills
• Proven experience with email marketing platforms (Klaviyo, Mailchimp, or similar)
• Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM systems.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
• Understanding of digital marketing trends and best practices.
• Basic knowledge of email template design and competence in Adobe Photoshop or similar design software (desirable but not essential).
• Self-driven and capable of independently following email campaign requests, using provided assets to create captivating, well-designed emails.
• Strong computer literacy with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new software tools.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets to comprehend and update reports.
• Work onsite Pasig City office location
