Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the nationwide after-sales service team (~15 staff)
Oversee repair and maintenance of all agricultural machinery under service
Ensure service jobs are completed on time, with accurate reporting
Monitor and improve customer satisfaction and response times
Coordinate with suppliers for spare parts and warranty claims
Train and mentor technicians; develop skill improvement plans
Manage service scheduling during peak agricultural seasons
Travel to client sites and service hubs to oversee operations and quality
Improve existing policies and SOPs for faster, more efficient service
Use Odoo (or similar systems) to track jobs, parts, and performance metrics
Minimum Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Engineering, Industrial Technology, or related field
Certifications: Service Management certification preferred
Proven experience managing field service teams and improving service processes
Agricultural machinery, heavy equipment, or technical services background preferred
Must have a valid driver’s license and be willing to travel frequently nationwide
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
Familiarity with ERP/CRM systems (Odoo experience a plus)
