The Event Services Assistant will assist the Event Services Manager with the planning and execution of events, and work as part of a team to support events that contribute to the experience of clients at SMX Manila. Professionally handle the detailing of events assigned by keeping in mind opportunities to upsell on room requirement, equipment rental and F&B. Organize food selling of accredited caterers when there is opportunity. Establishes a rapport with guests maintaining effective customer relationships. Assist the Event Services Manager in executing client requirement as discussed and laid out on the Banquet Event Order. Initiate and maintain communication with clients to assist in planning and coordinating events.
