Project Manager  

Project Planning & Development

• Develop comprehensive project plans, defining scope, timeline, resources, and budget.
• Lead feasibility studies, site assessments, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with corporate objectives, brand standards, and legal requirements.

Execution & Coordination

• Supervise and coordinate with architects, designers, contractors, and consultants.
• Monitor construction and renovation activities across hotel and convention properties.
• Ensure that design, technical, and operational requirements are fully integrated.

Budget & Risk Management

• Track project budgets, forecasts, and expenditures.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Prepare project status reports for senior management and stakeholders.

Stakeholder Communication

• Act as liaison between corporate, property-level management, and third-party vendors.
• Organize regular project updates and stakeholder meetings.
• Ensure alignment with SMHCC’s strategic vision and operational goals.

Post-Completion Handover

• Oversee project commissioning, testing, and final inspections.
• Coordinate turnover to hotel operations team, ensuring smooth transition and training.
• Conduct post-project evaluation and process improvement analysis.

• BS Civil Engineering - 7 yrs min. experience
• Knowledgeable in handling projects form civil, structural, architectural with knowledge in MEPF Works
• With leadership and people management skills
• Able to work under pressure
• Able to handle 2-3 projects simultaneously
• Computer literate - knows Microsoft Excel, Word, Powerpoint, MS Project, other software is a plus like Autocadd, Primavera, etc.
• Fluent in English and Tagalog
