Senior Manager for Finance  

• Prepare and submit monthly financial reports in compliance with internal deadlines and reporting standards.
• Review and verify disbursement vouchers prior to final approval to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Perform regular bank reconciliations to ensure consistency between company records and bank statements.
• Review and validate the General Statement of Accounts for accuracy and completeness.
• Coordinate with banks to resolve any account-related issues and ensure smooth banking operations.
• Review reports prepared for BIR filings to ensure compliance with tax regulations.
• Coordinate with the company’s tax lawyer regarding legal and regulatory matters affecting taxation.
• Upload bank statements into the Enterprise Accounting System (EAS) used by HQ
• Handle the preparation and timely processing of remittances to the HQ
• Submit financial reports and documentation as requested by HQ Management

• • Certified Public Accountant (Certified Public Accountant) – Required
• • 3–5 years of experience in accounting and financial reporting
  • Proven experience in handling Bureau of Internal Revenue audits
  • Prior experience in the shipping industry is preferred, but not required
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with accounting systems
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and time management
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
