Business Development and Sales Supervisor  

Job Summary:

The Business Development Manager is responsible for driving growth through strategic partnerships, seller acquisition and market expansion efforts. This role is also in charge of leading and managing the BD team in providing guidance to interested dropshippers from inquiry to subscription and other innovative strategies to achieve revenue targets.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or a related field.
• Has 3-5 years experience in BD, sales, marketing, or related field
• Has solid understanding of the e-commerce industry market trends and competitive landscape
• Excellent sales and negotiation skills
• 3-5 experience in leading a team and managing people
• Excellent communication skills and networking skills
• Has strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Must be strategic thinker
• Strong influencing skills, driving change and gaining buy-in across different levels of the organization.
• Basic understanding of the OKR (Objective and Key Results) framework and its application in business settings. Ability to align team or department objectives with company-wide goals using OKRs
• Strong organizational skill to manage cadence effectively.
• Basic knowledge of key metrics for lead conversion, such as conversion rate, cost per lead, and lead response time.
• Understanding of the sales funnel stages: awareness, interest, consideration, intent, evaluation, and purchase.
