About this role
We are looking for an HR Process Improvement Lead to drive the digital transformation of our HR function by optimizing systems, analytics, and workflows; collaborating across teams to implement HRIS, improve processes, and deliver actionable insights; while leading change management, user adoption, and training to ensure successful rollout and long-term impact.
HRIS Implementation & Management
Plan, configure, and deploy a scalable HRIS platform; manage integrations with internal tools and third-party vendors; ensure system performance, data accuracy, and functionality that supports all HR activities.
Process Automation & Optimization
Design and implement automation solutions for recruitment, onboarding, performance reviews, and employee lifecycle workflows; develop real-time dashboards; lead user training and documentation efforts.
Data & HR Analytics
Drive strategic decisions using data insights from workforce planning, engagement surveys, talent acquisition, and performance metrics; develop and maintain reports using Excel, Power BI, or Tableau.
HR Data Security & Compliance
Safeguard sensitive HR data by setting access protocols, aligning with local labor regulations, and ensuring secure system configuration and compliance practices.
Regulation & Best Practices
Stay up-to-date with evolving HR regulations, digital HR trends, and best practices to ensure compliance and relevance in all implementations and recommendations.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Information Systems, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in HRIS implementation or as an IT lead in HR-related software projects.
- Strong understanding of HR processes, government labor regulations, and digital HR systems.
- Demonstrated experience in process improvement, automation, and digitalization.
- Proficient in reporting and analytics tools such as Microsoft Excel, Power BI, or Tableau.
- Strong project management, communication, and analytical skills.
