Job Description
- Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
- Develop go-to-market strategies and plan to strengthen our product positioning in B2B through market research, business analysis, and forecasting
- Measure and report the performance of all business development projects, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs) for continuous improvement
- Support digital marketing teams to develop meaningful product and pitch strategies, from time to time
- Promote the company’s products addressing or predicting clients’ objectives
- Negotiate contract terms with clients and communicate with stakeholders
- Present sales, revenue, and expenses reports and realistic forecasts on a weekly and monthly basis
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or a related field
- Min. of 1 - 2 years of experience in Business Development with the same role are preferred
- Min. of 5 years of experience in Senior Business Development
- Experience in the consumer electronics industry or e-commerce/ startup is preferred
- Performance and results-oriented with strong analytical skills and a good knowledge of the regional market sectors and their drivers
- Experience in leading teams and monitoring their performance
- Analytical thinking, creative and problem solver
- Customer-focused with service-minded attitude, excellent communication skills, maintain relationships, along with sound commercial understanding
- Proficient in the use of CRM and the ability to create targets and sales activity plans
- Proficient in written and spoken in English language, if able to speak the Mandarin language is a plus
