Job Description: (Office-based)
- Take note and execute tasks and requests by the management.
- Organize and process files, documents, and contracts.
- Acts as receptionist including answering and forwarding incoming phone calls.
- Updating records of office expenses and costs.
- Manages end-to-end process of client renting (for co-working space)
- Ensuring that the office is clean and presentable to clients.
- Sources and coordinates repair works with maintenance and contractors
- Facilitates material and supplies requisition.
- Coordinates with company accountant regarding government papers and payables.
- Attend to all admin-related inquiries and ensures that everything in the office is running smoothly.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business or finance
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles and procedures
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling documents and transactions.
- Ability to manage office supplies, records, and schedules.
- Understanding of tax compliance and government filings (e.g., BIR, SSS, PhilHealth, PAG-IBIG) is a plus.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Problem-solving and analytical thinking.
- Trustworthy and maintains confidentiality of financial records.
- Willingness to process business-related transactions with the BIR and other local City offices
