Job Description

The Graphic Designer will play a crucial role in creating visually appealing and engaging graphics for various platforms, including social media, website, and offline marketing materials and other innovative design multimedia solutions within the constraints of cost and time.

By working closely with the Marketing team and other departments to brainstorm and contribute innovative ideas for marketing campaigns and materials, the Graphic Designer is expected to contribute to enhancing the school's brand identity.

Conducting thorough research and gathering relevant information are necessary to support the creation of design projects that effectively communicate key messages and school-related information.
Minimum Qualifications

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Design, Multi-media Arts or similar degree.

Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in school, agency, or corporate setting in a digital marketing department.

Proficiency in industry-standard design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and familiarity with digital design tools.

With know-how in digital marketing insights such as but not limited to Google Ads, Facebook Business Suite, TikTok Ads, among others. As well as knowledge of current social media trends for designing graphics optimized for different platforms.

A portfolio showcasing design work, including examples of social media graphics, website designs, and offline marketing materials.

Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout composition.

Excellent visual and conceptual thinking abilities, with a keen eye for detail.

Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and interpret project requirements.

Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently

Flexibility and adaptability to accommodate feedback and make revisions as necessary.

A proactive attitude towards learning and keeping up with industry developments.

Applicants must be willing to work full-time in Pasig by July 2024
