- Assist in dispensing of pharmaceutical products.
- Receives and check drug product deliveries and records data in the stock cards
- Records data of stocks transferred from the storeroom to the active storage.
- Encodes files, receives and releases documents
- Assist in the daily recording of drug issuance in the stock cards.
- Transfer medicines from bulk storeroom to the active dispensing area of the pharmacy
- Assist in the regular physical inventory of stocks in Pharmacy and different wards.
- Assist in the inspection of medicines stored in the bulk storeroom as well as in the monitoring of expiration dates
- Maintain cleanliness of the Pharmacy.
- Attends to the administrative needs of the hospital Pharmacy staff.
- Participates in the Continuous Quality Improvement Program (CQIP) of the Pharmacy Service.
- Performs other related functions as assigned by the superiors
- Attends seminar/workshops and other staff development programs relevant to work.
Minimum Qualifications
- College graduate / undergraduate
- Ability to work accurately and efficiently.
- Customer service orientation.
- Ability to follow instructions and protocols.
- Basic knowledge of medications and healthcare products.
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;

Quezon City is a vast and teeming city with a steadily increasing income and occupation of one-third of Metro Manila’s total land area.
