Clerical and Administrative Support:
Provide clerical assistance to the Employee Benefits Section, including filing, sorting, and organizing employee benefit records and documents.
Assist in preparing and processing documents related to employee benefits, such as health insurance, retirement, leave benefits, and other welfare programs.
Data Entry and Record Maintenance:
Accurately input and maintain employee benefit data in HR systems, ensuring up-to-date and accurate records.
Ensure proper documentation for all employee benefits transactions and assist in keeping these records organized and easily accessible.
Document Filing and Organization:
Maintain and organize both physical and electronic files related to employee benefits and welfare programs.
Ensure that all files are properly labeled, securely stored, and easily retrievable when needed.
Verification and Assistance in Benefits Processing:
Assist in verifying employees' eligibility for various benefits programs and ensure compliance with organizational policies and regulations.
Help prepare and process benefits claims, requests, and other related documents.
Communication and Coordination:
Serve as a point of contact for employees inquiring about benefits-related issues or concerns, ensuring that requests are processed in a timely manner.
Coordinate with other departments and external providers to facilitate benefits-related activities, such as health insurance enrollment or retirement processing.
Support for Benefits Reporting:
Assist in generating and preparing reports related to employee benefits, including participation rates, utilization data, and claims processing.
Ensure that reports are accurate and submitted in a timely manner.
General Office Support:
Perform general office tasks, such as photocopying, scanning, and managing office supplies for the Employee Benefits Section.
Assist with other clerical duties as assigned, contributing to the overall efficiency of the section.
