- Checks patients Philhealth eligibility.
- Receives incoming calls & transfer local calls to different department.
- Processes patient’s ledger and admission & discharged record.
- Voice paging.
- Interviews the Emergency Room patient/patient companion to obtain good information.
- Issues patient I.D. with assigned Health Record Number to patient.
- Processes Emergency Room records.
- Processes patient’s data correction.
- Performs other related functions as assigned by the immediate supervisor.
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of any business-related course
- Good written and communication skills
- Excellent human relation and customer service skills
- Experience in human resource management is an advantage
- Computer literate
Place of Assignment: Admitting Section
Salary: Php16,000.00
Status of employment: Contract of Service
