- Unit test code thoroughly and confirm the results with the team
- Design and develop business process maps and business requirements in accordance with guidelines established by Business Process Management (BPM) methodology and governance
- Plan, schedule, facilitate and lead process development workshops and socialization meetings to review the process documentation with process owners, front-line managers, change management, and appropriate process stakeholders
- Facilitate the completion of process development deliverables and participate in quality assurance & control reviews of final process development deliverables
- Ensures proper documentation of risks, assumptions, issues and decisions related to the process/s and responsible for the escalation of key issues and or actions where applicable
- Works cross-functionally to support process development of complex assembly technologies on new products, and ensures efficient and effective transfer of products into production
- Develops solutions to a variety of complex problems by designing tools/fixtures that can work with assembly processes and equipment for a variety of operations in the assembly implantable medical devices
Minimum Qualifications
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
- Knowledge and/or experience of the following:
- Latest scanning hardware and software with experience integrating them into construction documents and CAD Models
- Business process analysis and modeling to identify current gaps
- ITIL and ETOM process framework and recommendations
- 2D design tools, including Autodesk Sketchbook Pro and Studio Paint, Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
- Dassault Surface delivery, analysis and feasibility software for design delivery
- Autodesk suite of surface and polygon modeling tools
- Willing to be deployed in Ortigas (Hybrid)
