- Support the management of security and technology risks within the bank.
- Provide input planning and delivery of non-negotiable security controls to all business units.
- Oversee and/or assist in performing on-going security monitoring of bank’s information systems.
- Lead in the development/adoption and enforcement of Information Security policies, procedures, and standards.
- Determine and develop process for collecting meaningful metrics and reporting to align with regulatory requirements and governance frameworks.
- Work to identify treatments for control gaps and remedial actions related to cyber security incidents ensuring the adoption or development of relevant security services.
- Stay current with incident response, digital forensics methodology, the associated legal requirements, and threats applicable to digital banking.
- Identify security controls required for new digital banking platforms, including blockchain technology, mobile banking, and associated local regulatory requirements.
- Assist in security awareness initiatives.
- Plan for and support the establishment of new security services in line with changing threat policies and organizational context.
- Seeking to build in security during the development stages of software systems, network, and data centers
- Evaluate and assess compliance with BSP Circulars on Information Security Risk Management (c982, c1019, c1140, c1160, etc.).
- Identify and design a near term and a 3-year cybersecurity roadmap applicable for a digital bank.
- Assist the CISO, Risk and Compliance with BSP documentary requirements and questionnaires.
Minimum Qualifications
- Knowledge in digital forensics methodology and incident response.
- Knowledge of legal requirements and digital banking threats
- At least 5 years of experience in the same role
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Willing to be deployed in San Pedro, Laguna (Mon, Tue & Wed) - Hybrid
