- Supervise and coordinate daily production activities on the shop floor
- Assign tasks and manage shift schedules for production staff
- Monitor workflow to ensure production targets and deadlines are met
- Enforce safety protocols and maintain a clean, hazard-free environment
- Conduct quality checks and ensure compliance with product standards
- Troubleshoot equipment issues and escalate technical problems as needed
- Maintain accurate production records and shift reports
- Collaborate with inventory and logistics teams to ensure material availability
- Train new employees and support ongoing staff development
- Participate in daily operations meetings and continuous improvement initiatives
Minimum Qualifications
- Degree in Industrial Technology, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field
- Minimum 2–3 years of supervisory experience in a production or manufacturing environment
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficient in using production software and reporting tools
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and production plans
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
- Knowledge of workplace safety regulations and compliance standards
- Willingness to work flexible shifts and adapt to changing priorities
