IT Business Analyst  

Responsible for providing appropriate and effective solutions in accordance with goals and objectives

Responsible as an intermediary between business problems and technology solutions

Conduct gap analysis by understanding business needs and creating technology solutions

Collaborate with the Application Development team to provide appropriate and complete solutions

Analyze and provide recommendations for improvements to business processes

Create and execute SIT test plans and test cases

Support UAT, training and implementation activities to ensure smooth implementation

Identify potential risks that occur and proactively inform stakeholders

Highlight any potential concerns / risks and proactively shares best risk management practices.

Work with all project members

Create Business Requirement Document (BRD) & sign-off, Business Case Document and User Acceptance Test (UAT)

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or related field

Min. 5 years experience as an IT Business Analyst

Have an excellent leadership skill

Root cause analysis from strategic, business and system perspectives and decision making.

Capable of handling end-to-end project lifecycles, starting from initial requirements gathering

Commitment to achieving end results.

Oral and written communication

Interpersonal skills & negotiation.

Open-minded, critical, dynamic and proactive

Have a good Project Management

Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) concept

Experience in Solution Design

Experience in Risk Mitigation related to application development and implementation projects

Placement in West Jakarta (full on-site)
